All sellers on are independent sellers. All transactions are directly between the buyer and seller. Art Crossroads Inc. makes a reasonable effort to assure that all sellers are honest and legitimate. However, there is no way that Art Crossroads Inc. can guarantee that all sellers are honest. Therefore, buyers should always exercise prudent judgment when purchasing from a seller. Sellers and buyers need to try to settle disputes between themselves. Art Crossroads Inc. is limited in its ability to settle seller/buyer disputes. If in the opinion of Art Crossroads Inc. a seller is at fault in a dispute and fails to correct it, they may be dropped from the site. Buyers, who in the opinion of Art Crossroads Inc. become disruptive due to complaints form sellers, may be banned from using the site. All decisions by Art Crossroads Inc. are final.
