This site is run by Art Crossroads Inc. We are dedicated to advertising this site so that national recognition can grow as fast as possible. Unless otherwise stated, the initial cost to set up your company will be $60.00. This will cover the cost of the first year. There will be an annual renewal fee of $60.00. Annually you will be sent an email invoice on the month that you registered. You will have 30 days to make payment. If payment is not made in 30 days you will be sent an email notice and dropped from the site. There are no other fees or costs. Illegal, pornographic or otherwise objectionable items will not be allowed on this site. Sellers will not be allowed to link to other sites from their seller site. All new seller sites will be reviewed on a regular basis. If a problem with the site's content is found, you will be contacted in an effort to resolve the issue. If the problem is not corrected, your company will be removed from the site and any current year annual fee that you have paid will be refunded. In the event of a removal, Art Crossroads Inc. will not be liable beyond the refund of the current annual fee that has been paid by your company.

All company names must be unique. No two identical company names will be allowed on the website. Any person with more than one art, craft or hobby may open more than one company. However, each company must have a different name, and each will be limited to 40 items at a time and each company will have to pay the $60.00 fee.

The seller will have to select from the listing of arts, crafts and hobbies the best area to be listed. Each company will only be listed under one category. Each company will be allowed up to 5 key words for the search engine. Choose these words wisely, because this is how many buyers will find you. Each company can also be found by company name via the search engine.

Sellers work directly with the buyers. Sellers are responsible for their own financial transactions with buyers. Sellers and buyers need to try to settle disputes between themselves. Art Crossroads Inc. is limited in its ability to settle seller/buyer disputes. If in the opinion of Art Crossroads Inc. the seller is at fault in a dispute and fails to correct it, they may be dropped from the site and any annual fee paid will be returned. Buyers, who in the opinion of Art Crossroads Inc. become disruptive due to complaints form sellers, may be banned from using the site. All decisions by Art Crossroads Inc. are final.
